Our Services

Helping you navigate life.

Whether your going through a major life transition or dealing with any stressful circumstance, it is ok to ask for help. A licensed professional will be able to provide you the assistance to help you get through these challenges.

Maternal Mental Health

Following childbirth, many women experience feelings of anxiety or depression. This experience is common and highly treatable with therapy.

Symptoms may vary from person to person but the path to recovery is available to all women. As a certified maternal mental health therapist, I have specialized in providing therapeutic assistance to women experiencing symptoms of postpartum depression.

Couples Therapy

The bond we have with our partner is often the strongest but also tends to require the most care and attention.

This emotion-focused therapy caters to those who seek to strengthen their relationships and develop deeper connections. As a certified couples therapist, I help clients reflect on their values and experiences in order to then develop a more secure and healthier relationship. This therapy focuses on emotional awareness and in-depth discussion of certain key topics.

Teletherapy

In today’s modern world, it’s understandable you may not be able to come into a physical location.

This is why sessions are now being offered with your safety and convenience in mind – via a secure video connection. This flexible solution is proven to be just as effective as in-person therapy. Oftentimes the opportunity to be in an environment that you know and are already comfortable in can lead to highly productive therapy sessions.

Consulting and Supervision

Consulting is more than asking for advice. It is the business of giving expert advice to other professionals, typically in financial and business matters.

If you need advice centered around the field of mental health and/or the practice of mental health feel free to contact me for a consultation.
