How does online therapy work, and is it as effective as in-person therapy?
All of our sessions take place through secure, HIPAA-compliant video platforms that protect your privacy while providing clear audio and video quality.
You can connect from wherever you feel most comfortable such as your home, office, or any private space with reliable internet.
Research shows that teletherapy is just as effective as in-person therapy, and many clients find they feel more comfortable and open when they’re in their own environment, which often leads to deeper, more productive sessions.
Do I need to be in crisis or have a serious mental health condition to benefit from therapy?
Not at all!
While we certainly help people through difficult times, many of our clients are doing well and simply want to grow, build better tools for living, or prepare for major life transitions like marriage or parenthood.
You don’t need to wait until you’re struggling to invest in your mental health.
Whether you’re working through specific challenges, wanting to strengthen your relationships, or just seeking personal growth, therapy can be incredibly beneficial.
How do I know which type of therapy service is right for me?
During your initial consultation, we’ll discuss what you’re hoping to work on and help you determine the best fit.
Individual therapy is great for personal challenges, growth, and life transitions.
Couples therapy helps partners improve communication and strengthen their relationship.
Maternal mental health therapy specializes in the unique challenges of pregnancy and new motherhood.
Premarital therapy helps couples build a strong foundation before marriage.
If you’re unsure, we’ll help guide you to the service that best matches your needs and goals.
