Tejal Misra, LCSW

Owner & Therapist

Clients often describe me as warm, thoughtful, and grounding, with a style that balances emotional depth and practical strategies.

My approach is rooted in authenticity and connection. I draw from Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) to help couples feel truly heard and understood, and I bring specialized training in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders to support new and expecting parents with compassion and clarity. My goal is to create a space where you can untangle the hard stuff, strengthen your relationships, and reconnect with who you are.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) practicing in Arizona, California, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, with a Master’s degree from NYU and over a decade of clinical experience.

Maria Neas, ACSW

Associate Therapist

Clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves or their relationships, and I strive to show up as a warm, grounding, and compassionate presence in the therapy space.

My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based practices tailored to each individual’s needs. Therapy with me is both reflective and practical — a space to explore patterns, build coping skills, and strengthen confidence and emotional resilience at a pace that feels safe and supportive.

I am especially passionate about helping people cultivate self-compassion, autonomy, and meaningful connection. I believe healing happens when clients feel truly seen and supported, and I consider it an honor to walk alongside individuals and couples as they work toward greater balance, clarity, and improved quality of life.

I hold a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California and provide therapy to clients throughout California.

Roshel Sanchez, AMFT, APCC

Associate Therapist

From adolescence and young adulthood to pregnancy, parenthood, and shifts in relationships, I offer a judgment-free space where you can deepen your understanding of yourself and explore the patterns that quietly shape how you love, connect, and cope.

My work is grounded in a down-to-earth, culturally responsive approach that honors you as the expert of your own experience. I take your lead and thoughtfully integrate evidence-based practices to support what matters most to you. Together, we cultivate curiosity, creativity, and trust in the wisdom that can emerge through life’s challenges. You deserve to feel at home in your own life, and I’m here to support you in exploring what that means for you.

I work with clients navigating grief, trauma, identity exploration, and challenges related to relationships or intimacy. I am especially drawn to supporting individuals and couples through perinatal and postpartum transitions, as well as the complexities of parenthood. I also warmly welcome those who have felt “othered,” struggled to fit within societal expectations, or carry multifaceted identities that are often unseen, overlooked, or misunderstood.

I became a therapist because I am deeply moved by the courage it takes to turn inward and face what feels difficult or uncertain. I believe healing happens in connection—with ourselves and with others. It is an honor to witness people reclaim their power, release what no longer serves them, and move toward greater authenticity and ease. I would be honored to support you in this process.
